I hate it when you only get a little bit of fruit in fruit cupcakes but these ones were just lousy with fruit. I love this method too because you can really almost anything you want from a basic butter cupcake. You can add citrus rind, all kinds of fruit, chocolate chips, liquors, nuts, candies ect.
